Anti-racism is not a passive stance, but a proactive one. It requires us to recognize and challenge racism in all its forms, from individual to institutional. It demands us to transform the systems, structures, policies and practices that perpetuate racial inequality and oppression. It also calls us to share and redistribute power in a fair and just manner.
